C2C / Sea to Sea
The Sea to Sea / C2C Cycle Route map and guide books cover the cycle route from the west coast at Whitehaven or Workington in Cumbria, to the east coast at Sunderland or Newcastle.
Available here are two C2C guide books and the official Sustrans Sea to Sea map. You can order individual maps and guide books, or sets of guides and maps. |
|  Flood informationThe floods in 2009 destroyed many of the bridges in West Cumbria. Some of the Workington bridges have not yet been replaced, and the maps/guide books are therefore not completely accurate; nor are web maps such as Sustrans and Google. WHEN YOU ORDER ANY OF THE C2C MAPS AND GUIDE BOOKS BELOW, WE WILL INCLUDE AN UP-TO-DATE INFORMATION SHEET. (We're based in West Cumbria so research is easy!). |
The C2C map covers the route shown here, with either the Ultimate Guide or the Coast to Coast Guide giving additional information about the route, accomodation, things to see on the way and so on.

1. Do I need the map or a guide book, or both?
Answer: You definitely need the Map. The two Guide Books give more information about the places you will ride through, plus extra map information, places to stay and to eat and so on. They are designed to add to your experience of the ride! You will see that you can combine orders for Guide Books and Maps. Don't forget you can order T-shirts, bike shirts and certificates as well. |
